Refund Policy

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@thebedcrafters.co.uk. Returns are at the expense of the buyer, once an order has been placed a 40% handling charge applies for any cancellations.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

On damaged / defective items we will make it right if you are not happy for us to correct all handling charges apply.

Refunds

We are happy to offer a full refund after deducting any courier costs incurred to us. This varies depending on the item size, weight, and location. This applies to all our products as long as they are in the same condition as sold to you, and within 14 days of delivery (Return Period), items will need to be packaged and protected.
